. Why should I join a membership instead of paying per visit?
Many homeowners prefer to budget monthly instead of paying $299+ all at once.
Membership also guarantees priority scheduling before the fall heating season and ensures you never forget your annual inspection.
It makes chimney safety simple and automatic.
When will my service be scheduled?
Your annual chimney inspection and cleaning will be scheduled between Months 3–6 after enrollment, once at least four successful payments have been made.
Members are scheduled before non-members during peak fall season.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Membership requires a 12-month minimum agreement.
After the first 12 months, the plan continues month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
What happens if I cancel early?
If membership is cancelled before the 12-month term is complete, the remaining balance of the annual service value (minus payments already made) becomes due.
This protects the integrity of the annual service provided.
What if I don’t use my fireplace often?
Even occasional use can lead to creosote buildup, moisture damage, or airflow issues.
Annual inspection is recommended for all active systems, even if used sparingly.
Why is an Annual Chimney Inspection important?

Preventative maintenance is significantly less expensive than fire damage or major repairs.
What does “Minor Adjustment Coverage” mean on the Elite plan?
Minor adjustments include small corrections during your annual visit such as minor damper resets or small seal adjustments that take under 15 minutes.
Major repairs or part replacements are not included but are eligible for membership discounts.
What if my chimney needs major repairs?
If any significant issues are found, you will receive a detailed explanation and written estimate before any repair work is performed.
Shield members receive 10% off repairs.
Elite members receive 15% off repairs.
Is dryer vent cleaning included?
Dryer vent cleaning is available as an optional add-on for $12 per month.
It includes an annual inspection, full cleaning, and airflow test.

Do I have to use a credit card?
Yes. Automatic monthly billing with a card on file is required for membership enrollment.
This ensures uninterrupted coverage and scheduling.
Can I transfer my membership if I sell my home?
Elite memberships are transferable to the new homeowner within our service area.
Other plans may be transferred with approval.
